    Administrative procedures such as passport and visa obtention can take some time for you.
    For the passport procedures, it is vaguely easy to obtain a passport in France. In fact, what is advised is to call the consulate first to know what are the documents required in order to get a passport. Secondly, you should gather all the documents and bring them to the prefecture. After doing this, the process can take from 48hours to two weeks to be done. No matter is the procedure is easy and quick, always be careful and take time in advance.

    When it comes to the visa procedures, contrarily to the passport, the process is long and the required documents are many. Indeed, the first thing you need to do is to fill a questionnaire for the visa and gather all the following documents:

    - proof of financial resources (3 months old bank statements)
    - proof that you have $10,000 in your account
    - medical certificate

    The process can take up to two months depending on the season, therefore, be careful and take the right amount of time to start the process.

Course suscription : On choisit les cours après avoir reçu la confirmation d’admission vers le mois de février.  On peut choisir à partir de mi-mars. On reçoit les informations avec les dates par mail et elles sont disponibles sur le portail - S’inscrire en ligne du lundi au samedi de 6 h à 22 h pendant les périodes d'inscription Il faut s’inscrire tôt car en cas de retard il y a des frais de retard de 50 dollars. On devra choisir 5 cours par semestre.  Les cours sont très variés et touches à plusieurs domaines comme le Marketing, sciences humaines, technologie, science politique, la mode, management et technologie etc... Les résidences étudiantes de l'université propose de nombreux services comme internet, les cuisines communes, une buanderie, des chambres accessibles pour les étudiants en difficulté physique, entreposage de biens personnels, location d'équipement, transport en commun et salle de sport. If you plan to work out of campus as a holiday job or casual work, at first the answer is NO and the reason is clear, you don’t match with this statement: you are an exchange student, and the school you’re studying at is not going to graduate you.
